The Social Committee

The social committee has been hard at work holding meetings to gauge the interests in various community events and scheduling these activities in the coming months.

Please contact Debbie King @

Street Reps

The Social Committee

The Social Committee

We are working to get every street in our subdivision an assigned street rep.  They will be liaisons between the board of directors and the homeowners.

Community Facebook

Community Facebook

In order to communicate with all of the homeowners as fast as possible, a face book group has been set up.

Unlike the “Nextdoor” account, this will only be available to Saddlebrook Farms HOA residents .

This is a private account that can only be seen by us.  You must be invited by other group members to join.

If you haven’t gotten an invitation yet, but would like to join, please contact Debbie King @859-512-2295.

Animal Laws

Animal Regulations are enforced by the Boone County Animal Shelter Officers.

Owners of dogs must obtain license, renewable each July 1st, which must be attached to dog's collar and worn at all times.

Property owners along the bike path have asked that we remind dog owners to bag their animal’s droppings.

Animals are not permitted to run at large in the city/neighborhood.

Report animals not on a leash and unsanitary conditions to the Boone County Animal Care and Control: 859-586-5285.

Fishing & Lake Use Restrictions

Please Read, Understand & Follow The Rules
