Any additions or changes that affect the appearance of your home or yard require the submission of an Exterior Change Form to be submitted to the Association's Design Board for review. Only upon approval may the member proceed with the project (city and/or county zoning approval and building permit may also be required).
A number of residents have gone ahead without proper approval. Should an unauthorized change be brought to the Board's attention and deemed unsightly or prohibited, the Board will have no alternative but to require that the unapproved project be revised to an acceptable appearance or removed. This could be very costly for everyone.
