Non-Payment of Membership Fees
Late fees, liens, and foreclosures have been assessed and filed by the Board to protect the interest of all members who remain current.
- A $25 late fee is assessed for each 30-day period that payment is late.
- After a resident does not respond to our written correspondence, legal action will begin and a lien will be placed on the property.
- If after a lien has been placed and the resident does not respond nor make any attempts to pay the annual fees, foreclosure will occur.
It is important to understand the consequences of ignoring written correspondence regarding delinquent dues. Please take this responsibility seriously and communicate any special circumstances to our Property Manager (Eric Regula) at 859-384-7400.
Association fee coupons are mailed out every 6 months: in December and in June. If you have not received your coupon by the 1st of the following month, please call Eric.
